What To Include

Include your name, contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the Crate Widow material or URL at issue, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement, and your physical or electronic signature.

AI-Generated Source Notice

Crate Widow materials are synthetic source recordings curated for sample chopping, dusty beat production, and sample-pack use. If you believe any material conflicts with your rights, provide the details needed to investigate the claim.

Counter Notices

If material is removed or restricted because of a copyright claim, Crate Widow may accept a counter notice with contact information, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement, consent to jurisdiction where required, and a signature.

Repeat Abuse

Fraudulent, incomplete, or abusive notices may be rejected. Repeat infringement or misuse of Crate Widow materials may result in access restrictions.
